BOA Stadium Fundraiser

The Northwestern High School Band is proud to partner with the Nation Ford High School Band and Bank of America Stadium to offer fundraising opportunities for band members and their families. Before signing up to work in the concession stand at BOA Stadium, participants must complete applicable online training.

Online Training must be completed prior to volunteering/signing up at Bank of America. Training can be accessed using the following links and needs to be completed once per season.

If you want to sign up to volunteer at the Bank of America Stadium Concession Stand, please download the training documents from this page. Once completed, forward your certifications to Jenn Turner.

All volunteers need to complete a 15-minute training course that consists of reading rules and answering corresponding questions. This MUST be completed online, and signed pages must be scanned to Jenn Turner before you may begin work.

Step 1

Click Here to access the Levy Training Videos. Please specify the following when completing the training:

• Location = Bank of America Stadium
• Group/Company# = Nation Ford High School Band. (yes, this is correct)
• Watch the 5 videos (15 minutes). The training website is not compatible with mobile devices.

Step 2

All volunteers age 21 years + are required to obtain the ServSafe Alcohol certification in order to participate. Our concession stand sells alcoholic beverages and must adhere to all laws and guidelines. There is an upfront cost of $20.40 when using the coupon code LEVY23 for the training, which the band will reimburse you in the form of credit dollars, payable with your first event worked after earning certification. When finished, click on Take Online Exam.

Step 3

The PDF from the Step 2 form must be signed, and both certificates must be scanned and emailed to Jenn Turner.

Step 4 (If applicable)

If you or your student are under 18, you must have a Parental Consent Form filled out and signed before working your first game of the season. Please download, complete, scan, and email to Jenn Turner.
