WHAT TO BRING TO BAND CAMP (Mon, Jul 31-Fri, Aug 4     Mon, Aug 7-Fri, Aug 11)
-Hat
-Tennis Shoes w/socks (No Sandals, Flip-Flops, or other shoes inappropriate for marching)
-Instrument, Music, Pencil
-Large Water Jug – NOT a bottle (This is NOT optional)
-Sunblock
-Eat Breakfast Before You Arrive
CAMP LUNCH (WEEK 1): Students bring lunch with them or make plans to leave campus for lunch
CAMP LUNCH (WEEK 2): Students will be fed lunch and dinner each day during Camp Week 2-Students are not allowed to leave campus during lunch or dinner during Week

Camp Week 1:
*Monday, July 31 – 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-4:00pm
*Tuesday, August 1 – 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-4:00pm
*Wednesday, August 2 – 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-4:00pm, 6:00pm-8:00pm
*Thursday, August 3 – 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:30pm-4:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm, 7:00pm Mandatory Parent Meeting
*Friday, August 4 – 8:00am-12:00pm
Camp Week 2:
*Monday, August 7-Thursday, August 10 – 8:30am-9:00pm, 9:00 (Theme each day, 9:00pm Activity each evening)
*Friday, August 11 – 8:30am-12:00pm Final Camp Rehearsal
*Friday, August 11 – 6:00pm-7:00pm Warm Up, 7:00pm Exhibition, 7:30pm Covered Dish Dinner (bring a dish-enough for your family and another family)

ORIENTATION NOTE
ALL 9th-12th Grade Band Students
Your registration will be Wednesday, August 9 at 1:30PM.
Band students have a time designated by Northwestern High School for registration that is DIFFERENT from what is published for each class.
Plan to attend registration on Wednesday, August 9 at 1:30PM – NOT during the class registrations.This will allow you to get through much more quickly and will allow us to plan our camp rehearsals accordingly.
