As we continue to move towards the end of the school year there are many deadlines quickly approaching. Please be sure to keep your calendar up to date with all upcoming band events! The 2nd-semester calendar is available HERE.
Williamsburg Trip Reminders:
- Wednesday, March 23, 3:50-5:00 pm – Williamsburg Trip rehearsal, 3:50-5:00 pm in the band room.
- March 30, April 4, and April 6, 3:50-5:00pm. All rehearsals are mandatory for all students who are registered for this trip.
- Monday, April 4, 7:30 pm – mandatory meeting for all travelers and parents
Additional announcements:
- We have confirmed that the band will NOT participate in the commencement ceremony on Friday, May 27. Students will not be required to attend this event.
- Balance information for outstanding marching band and winter guard fees was mailed last week. Please be sure to pay outstanding balances as soon as possible. Contact Mr. Yost or Ms. Carlson if there are questions or concerns.
