Tues 9/19 – Rehearsal 6:00-9:00 pm AT DISTRICT 3 STADIUM (Arrive by 5:30 to assemble instruments and set up)
Thurs 9/21 – Rehearsal 4:00-6:00 pm
Fri 9/22 – Football vs. Rock Hill High School
*We are the Away team this week and will meet at the VISITOR stands. The itinerary will be shared later this week.
Sat 9/23 – Olde English Festival of Bands

- Hospitality – picking up food items and serving our children
- Logistics – moving props for performances
- Membership – coordinating celebrations for our students
- Chaperones – providing supervision for our students
- Uniforms – assisting students in preparing and storing uniforms
- Trailer Pull – Able and willing to pull our enclosed cargo trailer or open trailer
