Announcements – Week of 3/1/2023

Thank you for all your help this past Saturday at the WGI Regional Championships.  Although there are some things we can do to make the event better, but overall, the WGI officials, the performing groups, and the audience members all seemed to be very pleased with their experience and have shared nothing but positive comments about the day. We don’t have a total yet as to how much money we raised but it is looking promising that we should be able to equal the amount we earned last year. Thank you again to all of you that helped make the day such a huge success and we now have about 51 weeks to prepare for next year.

Additional Information for this week includes:

Cookie Dough Fundraiser:

The Cookie Dough Fundraiser orders and payments, need to be turned in on Monday, March 6.  Be sure to complete the information at the top of the order form; total the number of items and the total amount of money collected and write those numbers at the bottom of each order form you turn in; put all the money and order forms in the envelope and have your child put it in the purple box in the band room before school Monday morning.  There are extra order forms available in the band room.  If you need links for the sale, click HERE for general Information about the sale and the link to the online sales information. Click HERE to access the spring sales brochure and click HEREto see the cookie dough selections and other baked goods.

Parent Meeting:

The March parent meeting will be Monday, March 6, at 7:00 pm in the bandroom. You can pay with cash, check, or money order, place it in an envelope with your child’s name and the payment, and then have your child drop it by the band office.
