As we start to get settled into our new semester, I want to remind students and parents of the importance of logging into class on your remote learning days. This is a requirement of the school and attendance is taken from Zoom every day. For the band, students log in at the beginning of class and participate in warm-up activities. When students are dismissed, they will then have a smart music assignment to practice and submit before the end of the class. These assignments will be relatively short and based on the material we have worked on in class. We are continuing to work on recording concerns and hope to have everything running smoothly by the end of the week.

- Please be sure to check Canvas to see assignments and to keep track of the grades.
- If you haven’t already, please submit the Syllabus Verification assignment. There is a link to the assignment on your band Canvas homepage.
- The Coffee Sale orders were placed late last week, and coffee should be here by the end of the month for student distribution. Thank you to everyone who participated!
- The annual Cookie Dough sale will begin next month. Look for more detailed information in the coming weeks.
