Calling all handy men and women – We’ve scheduled our first “prop construction day” for this Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the band room, 9:00AM-12:00PM. We are beginning the construction of what will end up being twelve large arches that will be used by the 2018 Purple Regiment in their competition field show, “Cathedrals”. We will need circular saws, power drills/screwdrivers, glue, clamps, sawhorses, and probably some hammers.
If someone has a portable table saw they can bring, please contact Mr. Yost. Our goal for the morning is to make the twelve columns needed to support the arches. Any one that can read a tape measure or drive a screw is welcome to attend!
