1) Dates/times of future games?

For a game schedule, see the Charms Calendar (Questions #3 below: choose Calendar)
(Note: Call time does NOT depend on the weather, so be in the stand at call time)

2) How many people are needed?

To run 1 stand we need a minimum of 1 Cook (adult), 5 Adults, 3-4 Students.

To run an additional stand we need people on STANDBY so we can tell the Knights we will take additional stand(s).

Some stands require the same as above, but some can be run with a minimum of 2, so SIGN UP! The more stands we run, the more money is earned & can be put into student accounts.

Typically we are there about 5 hours.

3) How to sign up to work games?

Charms - The system we use to store Student/Booster information.

5) How do I use Charms & what if I can't get Charms to work for me?

Use the Charms (see info above in #3). Every student has an account. If you don't remember your password, email Chris (above). Rising 9th graders will have an account created for them. If you have Charms questions, call Steve, 803-493-8165. As a backup method, you can send an email to Steve (sacrocker@comporium.net) AND Amy (aecassidy@comporium.net)

6) What if I only want to work when you really need help?

Send an email to Steve & Amy (see previous) with details & we will put you on the special call list. Include any pertinent info but definitely your email address & CELL phone#: I work close by, or Call anytime you need me, or I'll only work Keg Trailer, or I can work day games, or I can only work certain nights, or any other caveat you have but are still wanting to work

7) How do I benefit?

Workers are paid in BCP's (Band Credit Points). We keep a list of each person who works each game & what student account they want to get credit. The Knights pay us a percentage of sales & send a check to the Booster Club every so often. We apply that to Student Accounts per the list. We have typically paid a flat rate of $25/person per day worked. Tip money belongs to the Boosters & not the individual & is used to pay BCP's or goes into the Booster Club General Account.
