The following are some important announcements for the week of 8/22/2017.

Our shoe and glove order will be placed with our vendor tomorrow (Wednesday). If there are any shoe and glove orders that are still out, Mr. Tinker must have them Wednesday first thing!

All members are rehearsing outside during 4th block Wednesday-Friday. Students, make sure you come prepared for the weather (shorts, t-shirts, hats, and water). Be sure to eat and hydrate throughout the day so you are OK for rehearsal.

Required Forms

As a reminder, grading procedure forms are due from all members enrolled in marching band this Friday. Handbook contract forms are past due. Please get these forms in ASAP!

Folios & Lyres

Students, if you have an “IOU” for folio and lyres – please get these settled this week.

Charms Recordings

Winds and battery percussion should submit recordings using the Charms Recording Studio of Part 1, Letter E-F. These recordings are due Sunday at midnight and are part of your music / visual performance grade. Please do not wait until the last minute. Contact Mr. Tinker if you have any technology issues to get them resolved.

GAME INFORMATION for Friday, August 25, 2018:

We will be performing Part 1 during halftime. Dress is summer uniform. Call time is 6:30PM at RHSD3 Stadium. Please plan to have a ride from the stadium at 10:15PM.
